Working on my fitness has been a part of my very being for as long as I can remember. I am a fitness & wellness professional . You’ll hear me saying, “oh, that’s my favorite!” The truth is I’ve learned to find a lot of fun in fitness! Strength training, cardio, mind/body, all of it! I throw some fun 5Ks in there and lots of hiking!  It's about the moving, moving, moving!  The inspiration comes from the challenge to be able to say "I can (still) do that!"

I'm inspired to help people tap into the power that already exists within them . . . the strength to be bold, courageous, resilient, and fully alive. I believe every person has the capacity to create a meaningful, fulfilling life, regardless of the obstacles that stand in the way.

Life isn't measured by simply getting through the day. It's about rising above challenges, navigating setbacks, and building a life that leaves you feeling fulfilled when your head hits the pillow each night.

I've learned that firsthand.

In 2014, we unexpectedly lost our 23-year-old son. The grief was unimaginable, heartbreaking, and life-changing. That experience taught me something profound: life doesn't necessarily become easier. We become stronger. We love deeper. We gain perspective. We discover a resilience we never knew existed.

Determined. Tenacious. Spirited.

Those qualities aren't reserved for a select few. They live within all of us.

When we choose to live on purpose and invest in a healthy body, a strong mind, and a grounded spirit, we begin to see what's possible. We stop living by circumstance and start living by intention.

That's where transformation happens.

That's where life becomes limitless.
